We are hiring a responsible and dynamic Field Loan Officer (FLO) for L&T Finance.Key Responsibilities: Identify new villages for business expansion. Conduct feasibility studies based on customer demographics, activities and financial needs. Identify potential customers and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). Assist customers in completing loan application forms. Verify customer residence and business details. Conduct KYC verification and collect required documents. Provide pre-disbursement training and develop customer relationships. Assist in loan disbursement activities and documentation. Collect current loan dues from customers as per schedule. Deposit collected funds and complete required collection entries.Eligibility: Graduation required. Experienced candidates will be preferred. Freshers can also apply. Candidates should be comfortable with field work and travelling.
