Loan Officer Jobs For 12th Pass Freshers

We are hiring a responsible and dynamic Field Loan Officer (FLO) for L&T Finance.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify new villages for business expansion.

• Conduct feasibility studies based on customer demographics, activities and financial needs.

• Identify potential customers and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).

• Assist customers in completing loan application forms.

• Verify customer residence and business details.

• Conduct KYC verification and collect required documents.

• Provide pre-disbursement training and develop customer relationships.

• Assist in loan disbursement activities and documentation.

• Collect current loan dues from customers as per schedule.

• Deposit collected funds and complete required collection entries.

Eligibility: • Graduation required.

• Experienced candidates will be preferred.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Candidates should be comfortable with field work and travelling.

• Work location will be assigned at least 50 KM away from the candidate's home location.
