Roles & Responsibilities:1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals withthe help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography andinform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.2. Source Relationship Management:Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified byhim in his geography/area.3. Maintain Reports:Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in theprescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format ofactivities.4. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Prospecting with suspect leads. A suspect is a person who hasstill not decided on taking a loan.2. Converting a suspect to a prospect. Thisinvolvesthe following:Establishing contact with the prospect, this could involve several calls and may need a call at a time beyondoffice hours.This will also involve making calls at different times in order to achieve success.Need AnalysisEligibility ProfilingSetting up an appointmentFollow up with the prospect post every meeting with the sales officer until conclusion.3.
