Description Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branched Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff. Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads from territory. Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities DSR & LMS input. Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines. Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business. Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.Skill & Knowledge required Should be presentable with good communication skills. Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products. Local navigation skills of Present city. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target. Provided support to insurance sales financial department and handled additional duties and responsibilities as requiredTarget Achievement Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for his/ her sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls Relationship Management Bank is the key customer of the Business Development Manager, and he/she must engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance. Ensure that all service Lead Generation Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data mining, referrals, etc.

We are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in home loan/ Insurance background, who are wanting to make a career in the Home Loan/ insurance industry.2. Two Wheeler is mandatory.3. Education Background - Graduation / Post Graduation Only.
