Job Description:- Managing Sales of Loan Product (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan etc..) -Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Fulfilling the leads.- Implement & develop sales activities- Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.- Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of loan programs.- Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.- Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.- Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience in Sales OR Tele Calling: Credit Card, Real Estate, Mutual Fund, Insurance Good communicationShould have good communication & inter-personal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads.Brief about the product and features of Secured & Unsecured LoansMust act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or via telephone etc.Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.Follow all leads which you generate by calling.Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activitiesCollecting documents according to the checklist from the customers.Key Skills: Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar. Generate sales leads. Enthusiastic to Learn. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener. Minimum 6month to 02 year of relevant experience Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
