Upsell additional services to clients for extra incentives.Other requirements1. Should have DMLT/MLT or experience as a Phlebotomist.2. Experience in sample collection and handling.2. Knowledge of using mobile apps for data entry (preferably Btech app).3. Skilled in Vacutainer collection techniques.4. Familiar with sample centrifuging processes.5. Ability to maintain waste management protocols.6. Strong communication skills and upselling ability for additional incentives.
