We sell laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV and licensed software online in four graded conditions - Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished and Used - to businesses and individual customers across India.We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to own everything that happens after a customer places an order. This is the most senior operations role in the business and reports directly to the Founder, with five direct reports.Key responsibilities: Own the order-to-dispatch SLA and run the daily open-order board; target 95%+ same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 15:00. Own inventory accuracy across warehouse and counter - cycle counts, adjustments and serial-number discipline; target 99%+ accuracy. Lead a team of five covering procurement, QC and refurbishment, warehouse and dispatch, customer support and returns. Approve inventory adjustments, credit notes and refunds within authority limits.
