Job Description : Oversee end-to-end PCLCM (Laptop/Desktop/Monitor/I Devices) asset management in ServiceNow Manage end-to-end DWO & Business PCs (MacBooks/LAB Machines/Non-Standard Models) (Requirement review, Orders, Uploading in SNOW, Capitalization/SAP Asset ID update/etc.) Capitalization of DWO, Infrastructure & IES Project Assets Review of KPI Metrics and sharing the feedback with India colleagues Weekly Coordination with Global Asset Management Team on any gaps in KPIs or any challenges in AM process Manage end-to-end Scrap Asset Disposal of DWO, Infrastructure & TIS Project Assets along with maintaining a central repository of all the artifacts Reconciliation of Inward & Outward tracker vs SNOW to ensure all changes are updated Daily Reconciliation of New Laptops & I Phones and share the dashboard with Novartis Stakeholders Coordination and Preparation of Monthly Global Asset Management Governance deck Part of Pro-active Asset Physical Verification of PCLCM / Network / AV assets conducted on yearly basis Coordinate with end-user on the IT Device Exceptions for below-mentioned devices o Mac Booko IPADo I Phoneo Laptop for externalso High End PCs Manage the Monthly Mapping of Laptops and I Devices for India entities (Mapping Exercise) Drive Internal Audit exercise on a yearly basis for all IT Assets Key Involvement in the NFCM Audit IT Validation exercise along with Novartis IT Weekly Governance with India LAM on any Learnings or Feedback in day-to-day IT Asset Management Operations Manage the Monthly Entity Level Reconciliation and consolidate with all LAMs & Novartis on Form 2 Consolidation Act as a backup for Site Operational SPOC
