1) International Business Development ManagerRole Summary: This Position is for International business Development vertical. The hire for this position will be responsible for development of our products in Overseas market.Business Development:- The Manageris responsible for new business development for the international business. He / She would thus, be responsible for creating international sales and distribution network. Provide the necessary marketing/technical support to the existing network. Manage all the customer communications, and improving the existing sales network. Participating in International exhibitions, conferences.Prerequisite:-A. Min 3-6 years progressive experience in international business development in Oilfield/Speciality Chemicals/Fine Chemicals businessB. Should preferably be a B.Sc /M.Sc /BE (Chem) graduate + MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferably)C. Excellent communication skills both written & verbalD. Should have a pleasing personality & a positive attitudeE. Should possess Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Excellent in organizing data and information for any decision makingF. Must be conversant with export-import policy; customs & DGFT Rules & regulations relevant for exports; shipping inco terms; payment options for international business (LCs, CAD etc)G. Must be well conversant with MS office basic (especially Word, Excel, PP) to prepare comprehensive reports & presentations. Working knowledge on any ERP would be an added advantage
