You will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships to support revenue growth and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Sales Execution: Perform structured data miningto identify and qualify leads from various global sources. Engage with international prospects via email, calls, and remote platforms. Understand client needs and provide custom quotations and solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals. Maintain detailed records in CRM systems for leads, activities, and conversions.Client Relationship & Revenue Growth: Build and sustain strong client relationships across time zones. Generate repeat business and referrals through high service quality. Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally. Support sales strategy execution as guided by management.Coordination & Strategy Implementation: Liaise with internal teamsSales, Finance, Marketing, Logisticsfor smooth operations. Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer expectations. Align with the marketing team to boost brand awareness and outreach. Monitor KPIs, sales progress, and submit periodic reports to leadership.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelors degree (minimum 60%) in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preference for candidates with a D.Pharm/B.Pharmbackground. MBA/PG from Tier II institution preferredExperience: 23 years of experience in international sales, marketing, telesales, or lead generation. Prior experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales preferredTechnical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Comfortable working with remote client communication platforms. Skilled in data mining, market research, and digital lead generationSoft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
