Job Overview: The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance students' interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in training, coaching, or facilitation.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials and programs focusing on essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence.Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for students and faculty, utilizing various teaching methods and technologies.Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' progress through assessments, feedback, and observation, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with faculty and administration to integrate soft skills training into existing curricula and programs.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously enhance program offerings.Reporting: Maintain records of training activities and outcomes, preparing reports for management to assess program effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Proven experience in training, coaching, or teaching, preferably in an educational setting.Under responsibilities, please add Accent correction, fluency, grammatical corrections etcConduct various activities and competitions in school to promote stage participationCertification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ACC) is a plus.Share cvs to richa@squarematrixtechnologies.in or WhatsApp to 9110992590Regards,Amit
