We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, experienced in creating personalized workout plans, and dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and motivating environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, current fitness levels, and limitations.Design and implement customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs.Demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques to prevent injuries and ensure effectiveness.Monitor clients progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed.Offer nutritional advice or refer clients to certified nutrition professionals when appropriate.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym space.Motivate clients and maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.Stay current on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.QualificationsCertification from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, K11, NASM, ISSA, ACSM).CPR/AED certification preferred.Previous experience as a fitness or personal trainer is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and program design.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.Preferred SkillsSpecialization in areas like weight training, functional fitness, group classes, or rehabilitation.Experience working with diverse clients (beginners, athletes, seniors, etc.).Motivational and leadership qualities.Basic knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
