Maintain a daily list of prospects for outreach.Client Communication: Make 50-80 outbound calls per day to potential customers to introduce MargBooks andunderstand their accounting/inventory software requirements. Engage with clients over emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to share product details,presentations, and proposals. Build rapport, understand business pain points, and recommend solutions.Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct virtual product presentations/demos (via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams) toexplain MargBooks features and benefits tailored to the clients needs. Highlight MargBooks key capabilities, including cloud accessibility, GST compliance, and real-timeinventory management.Sales & Conversion: Convert prospects into paying customers by showcasing how MargBooks resolves theiraccounting and business challenges. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals effectively. Follow up consistently with clients at different stages of the sales funnel to ensure a highconversion rate.CRM Management & Reporting: Update all leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure propertracking. Generate daily/weekly reports on outreach, client demos, and sales progress.Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and long-term engagement. Ensure client satisfaction during the onboarding process and provide support with their queriesregarding MargBooks.
