Responsibilities:1. Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to traditional recipes2. Ensure all food preparation meets high quality and sanitation standards3. Manage and oversee the kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service4. Maintain inventory and control costs by minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery6. Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and sanitary at all times7. Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
1. The candidate should posses a strong base in both Indian & Multi-cuisine and must have experience working in the restaurant or cafe.2. They must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a CDP & 1-2 Years as DCDP.3. Effective communication skills in written English are essential to ensure seamless and efficient kitchen operations. The candidate should also demonstrate a willingness to embrace new recipes and create innovative dishes.4. Experience in leading a kitchen team, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly.5. Must have previous experience implementing SOPs.
