The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience preparing traditional South Indian dishes, with a passion for creating authentic flavors and maintaining culinary standards.Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Dishes: Create a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, and various chutneys, ensuring each dish is prepared with authentic methods and high-quality ingredients.- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the team to design and develop seasonal menus that highlight South Indian specialties and cater to customer preferences.- Food Presentation: Carefully arrange and present dishes to enhance visual appeal and maintain high standards of food presentation.- Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen inventory, assist in stock ordering, and ensure ingredients are fresh and available for daily operations.- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and hygiene practices.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a minimum of a 12th-grade education and have relevant experience in a South Indian kitchen setting.
