We are looking for an Export Import Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in international trade, who are eager to manage global shipments effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Documentation Management:** Prepare and manage all shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to ensure compliance with trade regulations.- **Customs Clearance Coordination:** Liaise with customs authorities and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth customs clearance for imports and exports.- **Shipping Arrangements:** Book shipments and coordinate logistics with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.- **Trade Compliance Monitoring:** Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.- **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors regarding shipment status, documentation, and any issues that arise.- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:** Accurately enter data into our management systems and maintain detailed records of all transactions for reference and audits.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a solid understanding of export and import processes, along with excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential. The ideal applicant should possess effective communication skills to interact with clients and logistics partners clearly. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with logistics software will be advantageous. Exporters should seriously consider having the freight forwarder handle the formidable amount of documentation that exporting requires; freight forwarders are specialists in this process. The following documents are commonly used in exporting; which of them are actually used in each case depends on the requirements of both our government and the government of the importing country.

The Candidate will be responsible for managing the Imports right from preparing Purchase Order , Correspondence with Shipper for Shipment, Approving the Import Docs, Checking the Status of Arrival of Containers, Noting of Docs, Release of Docs from Bank, Release of Cargo from Customs etc. Also the Candidate will be responsible for ensure the material is as per Contract and if any deviation correspond with Supplier.
