we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused executive to join our international call and email support team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries from international clients efficiently.

key responsibilities:

- handle inbound and outbound international calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

- respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.

- maintain and update customer records accurately in the crm system.

- work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.

- monitor and follow up on pending customer issues to ensure timely resolution.

- stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

- identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.

- participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on best practices and new procedures.
