COM and MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.4-5 years of relevant experience in HR experience, compliance, and talent management.Responsibilities: DailyReview applications and coordinate interviews.Ensure accurate attendance and approve leave requests.Coordinate with managers on staffing needs.Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and HR policies.Maintain daily HR reports and employee records.Review applications and coordinate interviews. WeeklyMonitor recruitment progress and onboarding of new employees.Review attendance reports, approve leave, and address irregularities.Prepare and submit weekly HR reports to management.Conduct weekly HR team meetings to review progress and resolve issues.Guide HR team and ensure timely completion of tasks.Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment. MonthlyVerify and approve payroll to ensure accurate salary disbursement.Oversee monthly performance reviews and address issues.Ensure labor law compliance and submit statutory reports.Identify training needs, schedule sessions, and evaluate effectiveness.Conduct monthly HR review meetings with management.Prepare monthly HR reports on attrition, recruitment, attendance, and maintain HR matrices (MMR, RRO, etc.).
