Key Responsibilities: Market research and analysis Document detailed business requirements and business workflows Analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility Create documents including user guides, training manuals, wireframes Create detailed test scripts and test execution plans Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies Assist developers in understanding the use cases, acceptance criteria and overall workflow Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a quality product in a timely fashionDesired Candidate Profile: Certifications for Business Analysis (Preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in a B2C marketplace technology products Prior experience in conducting market research surveys, creating reports and dashboards Experience in capturing and documenting product/business requirements Strong business orientation and willingness to deep dive into business processes Experience with testing and working with technical teams to resolve issues Ability to work simultaneously on different tasks/projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Basic data analysis by creating DB queries, No SQL, and troubleshooting skills Experience working in Agile methodologies Good hands on at MS ExcelPersonality Traits: Critical thinking and Problem-Solving attitude Explorer Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of ownership Flexible attitude to meet changing market and company needs Team player Good time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsEducation: Preferably an Engineer or BBA or Equivalent from a recognized institute Certifications in Business Analysis preferred
