The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsPrepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specificationsFacilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement workshopsPerform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysisSupport UAT activities including test case validation and sign-offCoordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLCTrack requirement changes and maintain documentationSkills & Qualifications35 years of experience in business analysis or related rolesStrong experience in requirement gathering and documentationKnowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologiesProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, or ConfluenceStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
