Requirements:Knowledge of Data Mining and Machine Learning.Proficient in statistical design of experiments (factorial, response surface modeling, Plackett-Burman, central composite designs, Box-Behnken, etc.) High analytical and problem solving skills. Degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.Coding proficiency required in at least one data science language (Python, R, Scala, and SQL), as well as expertise with modern ML packages and libraries (SciKitLearn, Pandas, PyTorch, TidyVerse, Tensorflow, Keras, Shiny, and/or AutoML tools). Knowledge of the business and the sector in which he/she is going to work.Degree in Masters of Science in Computer Science, Math or Scientific Computing preferred

Responsibilities:-Identifying and prioritizing business use cases - work with business-unit leaders to identify and prioritize problems that analytics is suited to solve.Collecting and preparing data - help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights. Understand the data sources and availability for model development.Building the analytics engine - ensure the solution solves the business problem in the most efficient and interpretable form for business users.Guiding the data scientist help the data scientists to understand the business problem and design a suitable solution/ model to solve it.Validating and deriving business implications - synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on.Implementing the solution and executing on insights - drive adoption among business users. Oversee the development of application to use the model and increase its adoption by internal marketing and incentives to the users.Requirements:- Qualification - MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institute. Engineering in Information Technology is preferred. Experience 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a leading bank / NBFC / E Commerce / Telecom Company is requiredDomain knowledge good understanding of key operational metrics of the business and their impact on profit and loss, revenue, customer retention, and so on. Additionally, knowledge of common use cases (e.g., default predictions, segmentation etc.) in banking and financial services/ telecom/ e-commerce is important.General technical fluency must possess strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving. Working knowledge of R/ SAS/ Pythons.

What we expect?
