We are hiring for the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer 1. Analyze existing systems and processes and identify value-added and non-value-added activities to solve design challenges2. Identify opportunities for preventing waste and inefficiency during production3. Research and test design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing lean manufacturing, kaizen and root-cause analysis to support innovation, corrective actions, and improvements4. Design and develop robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve processes and ensure best practices.5. Components and assemblies, evaluate performance, identify issues, and make improvements6. Create and maintain required documentation for manufacturing processes, including flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing7. Good knowledge Design / development8. Good manufacturing knowledge CNC & VMC machining industry & Aluminium die casting industry 9.
