Job role & responsibilities:Defining and streamlining the customer's user experience / user journeys for Jodo platforms and applications across Demo and Sandbox accounts to increase adoption and realisation of Jodo Value propositions - Develop and deliver effective documentation and training content for Clients and or Partner members for each Jodo Use caseLiaise and Coordinate with multiple teams internally or externally to achieve tasks/issues in 1.) aboveTrack the trial accounts utilisation and offer assistance to customers in trial accountsParticipate in demand-generation activities, including customer workshops, Webinars, trade shows, and company events.Understanding and documenting customer requirements as well as new features in Jodo applications - especially for Change RequestsDevelop strong interactive relationships with the customer's business management.Developing SOPs for demos and maintaining customer notes and meeting notes in CRMEvaluating competition and preparing Jodo competition comparison documents for internal and customer viewOverseeing customer deliveries and managing user training for new customersCreating standard documentation to be used in RFPs + assist Sales teams to submit RFPs for Partners / CustomersThe candidate will operate in providing both Technical and Business solutions to customers.Key skills are:1. Work as an Adobe Analytics Implementation and Reporting specialist and utilize your skills and experience in Implementing End-to-End Solutions Adobe Analytics Solutions for Clients.Use of Adobe Launch to deploy measurement strategies and creating effective reporting dashboards in AA workspace which provide meaningful insights to customer.Knowledge of other Tag management solutions Tealium, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager is an added advantage.Manage the implementation and maintenance of tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics (a k a Site Catalyst or Omniture), Google Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.Perform Adobe Analytics, Launch and Target Admin level activities # Report suites setup, Data configuration and collection setup, Data warehouse and data feeds setup.Create SDR and BRD references - implementation plan, design data layer and estimates for new and existing clients in the territory you will cover.Understand the underlying implementation principles needed for proper customer journey data in Adobe Analytics.Able to create segments, calculated metrics for business requirements which could minimize the additional analytics triggers.Design and develop reports by using tableau Power BI or Excel dashboards is an added advantage.
