We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team in Calangute, Goa. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations and create a welcoming environment for our guests.Key Responsibilities:1. Greeting and Assisting Guests: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with information about the services and facilities available.2. Managing Reservations: Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to reservations or bookings, ensuring all requests are processed accurately.3. Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Efficiently perform check-in and check-out processes, collecting required information from guests and processing payments as needed.4. Maintaining the Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk area tidy and organized, ensuring all brochures and promotional materials are up to date.5. Customer Service: Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should be female, have completed their 10th grade, and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should be approachable, have a positive attitude, and be able to work well in a team. Proficiency in basic computer skills is also required for managing booking systems and online inquiries.
