The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, monitoring schemes, tracking dues, and handling audits while leading a team of 7+ members.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial transactions including cash, online payments, and banking activities.Manage company finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.Monitor company schemes, track customer dues, and ensure timely collections.Supervise inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.Develop and implement financial strategies for business growth.Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.Lead, mentor, and guide a finance team of 7+ members.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.Collaborate with management for financial planning and decision-making.Key Skills & Requirements:2 - 5 years of proven experience in financial management or similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.Experience in inventory control and stock audits.Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in financial software (Busy/Tally or similar).

Responsibilities. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
