For education loans, we work with 14+ banks (public/private) in India/abroad including top banks like State Bank of India. We are a 5-year-old startup with a quite small team and hence a lot to learn.About the job Responsibilities include:1. Assisting our sales team in handling education loan leads2. Interacting with inbound inquiries who are looking for education loan to study abroad and guiding them on the end-to-end details of education loans3. Following up and working closely with our banking partners in India (SBI, Axis Bank, etc.) and abroad.

1. Visit to the defaulting customers address for payment2. Negotiate to customers for payment3. Guide to the customers payment4. Collection target must be achieved5. Send the customers report & feedback to head office on daily basis
