Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales efforts through team performance, setting and achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring long-term retention and repeat business. Market Expansion: Promote and introduce insurance products to new clients and potential customers. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).Compensation: CTC up to 4.50 LPA (Fixed + Incentives based on performance). Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target. Provided support to insurance sales financial department and handled additional duties and responsibilities as requiredRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same Meet Business Targets Improve agent productivity & retention Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender
