Job descriptionPosition: AADMJob Description:1) Building Agency - Identify and recruit 4-5 potential advisors who are highly productive and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated time frame.2) Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.3) Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.4) Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.5) Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors performance.

An in-depth understanding of the Indian political system and the respectivestates sociopolitical dynamics including castes and communities. Preferable 0-3 years experience in Sales/ Field operations/ social work etc. Dedication towards the work in hand and willingness to travel and work allweek. Cross-functional liaising ability and ownership in strategizing and executinglong term and short-term initiatives as the Project demands Fluency in Kannada is mandatory

Need to visit client place and do the verification

B2B sales, 7 to 10 store visits in a day to be done. Onboard retailers, Merchant acquisition (Kirana/Grocery stores).Follow up on orders placed by onboarded customers.
