1. Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics3. Identify clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsand/or alternatives4. Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile5. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative clients7. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively8. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information QUALIFICATION Female candidates requiredExcellent communication skills Fluency in English and Hindi required Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
