Job description- Handling all general and important work related to the office administration- Ensuring smooth functioning of allied teams like Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, VendorDealing, and taking necessary approvals as per requirement.- Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and maintaining trackof the same.- Should have exposure in vendor development and vendor management and able to coordinate fortravel, hotels and bookings if required.- Maintaining cost MIS and implementing cost reductions methods for the department.- Procurement and Inventory management as per office requirement and looking after AMC of the OfficeEquipments.- Understanding the man-power requirements for housekeeping, drivers & procure timely.Other admin related responsibilities required for day-to-day office & Site operationsPerformance Evaluations - Can handle all day-to-day HR-related activities.Recruitment
