Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. The candidate should also be customer-oriented, have the ability to multitask, and be proficient in MS Office. Experience in a similar role and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
