This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to provide detailed information about our courses and career opportunities.Manage the entire admission process, including application review, documentation, and student registration.Ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for all students.Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure they have all the necessary information and support.Meet and exceed admission targets set by the company.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions using our internal systems.Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team to organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to promote our courses.Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to students.Requirements:Bachelors degree in any field (Education or related field preferred).Previous experience in educational counseling or a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
