Strive to enhance the overall customer experience by meeting or exceedingappointment scheduling expectations Gather feedback from customers and relay valuable insights to improvescheduling processes Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers Engage with customers to understand their scheduling preferences andservice requirements. Utilize scheduling software and tools to book appointments accurately andefficiently. Handle rescheduling requests, cancellations, and any other appointment related inquiriesSkills Required: Excellent English language skills (C1 & C2 Level) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internalteam members. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle unexpectedscheduling issues. Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
