Operation Executive Responsibilities and Duties:Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operational goalsDevelop strategic long-range plans to achieve objectivesCreate and manage organizations fiscal operating and capital budget and expenseMonitor operational performance of both internal and external service providersMonitor facility condition and environmental performance and recommend funding level and spending plansProvide workplace settings that are conducive to productive workMonitor occupant satisfactionMonitor performance metrics, construction and renovation projectsReceive and respond to approvals and notifications
