Urgent Requirement For Facility Executive Technical

Position: Facility Executive - Technical

Department: Facility Management / Operations

Reports To: Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all technical and engineering systems at the facility, while maintaining service quality, statutory compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and other MEP systems.

Monitor DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, batteries, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, chillers and HVAC systems.

Conduct regular inspection of equipment and identify faults or potential breakdowns.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule.

Attend breakdowns and coordinate with technicians/vendors for timely rectification.

Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost and energy savings.

Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records, checklists and daily reports.

Ensure availability of spares, consumables and maintenance tools.

Supervise technicians and allocate daily work responsibilities.

Coordinate with external AMC vendors and service agencies.

Ensure compliance with electrical, fire & life-safety and other statutory requirements applicable to the facility.

Support facility inspections, audits and emergency drills.

Follow all EHS and safety procedures and ensure safe working practices by the technical team.

Handle client complaints and ensure timely closure of technical service issues.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly technical reports for the Facility Manager.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MEP and building services.

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of HVAC, DG, UPS, pumps and electrical distribution systems.

Team supervision and vendor coordination.

Basic computer/MS Excel and reporting skills.

Good communication and client-handling ability.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, where required.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical discipline.

Experience: 2-5 years in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Commercial Complex, Mall, Hospital, Hotel, Factory or similar environment.
