Offline Marketing & Brand Activations (Core Focus)Plan and execute pop-ups, exhibitions, and on-ground eventsIdentify and coordinate with:Event organizersHigh-footfall venuesPotential retail partnersConceptualize:Stall setupsProduct displaysSampling experiencesEnsure the brand looks premium, consistent, and attractive on-groundActively engage with customers and drive walk-in conversions2. Sales (Offline-First)Own sales performance at events and pop-upsTrain and manage any temporary staff/helpers at stallsUpsell and cross-sell products confidentlyTrack what sells, customer feedback, and buying behaviorBuild relationships with retail stores and partners3. Operations ManagementOversee daily order fulfillment coordination:Ensure orders are packed and dispatched on timeMaintain clarity in workflow for the teamBuild simple processes so that:No orders are missedNo last-minute chaos happensTrack and manage inventory levels across products4. Vendor ManagementCoordinate with:Packaging vendorsPrintersRaw material suppliersEvent vendors (stall fabricators, props, etc.)Ensure:Timely deliveriesCost controlQuality consistencyFollow up rigorously - no delays or miscommunication5.
