Role Summary:As an Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of events with a strong focus on timely delivery, vendor coordination, team satisfaction, and budget control. Your roleensures smooth event operations, adherence to checklists, and innovative contributions to enhance overall eventquality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Follow Checklist:Complete 95% of the pre-event checklist at least one day prior to the event to ensure readiness.Innovative Idea Submission:Contribute one innovative idea every month to support cost-saving, enhance the client experience, or improve teamproductivity.Event Execution:Deliver 100% on-time event setups and ensure timely dismantling post-event.Timely Proposal Submission:Submit all required proposals within the deadlines provided by the Client Servicing (CS) team.Team Satisfaction:Maintain an average team satisfaction rating of 4.5 or higher in monthly feedback surveys.Cost Saving:Ensure 3 vendor quotes are submit in file with fair practices with proper evaluationManage Budget:Ensure the actual event P&L expenses do not exceed the planned budget by more than 5%.Weekly Review Meeting:Participate in weekly review meetings to share event progress, flag challenges, and align on upcoming tasks.
