Hiring For Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end production and execution of corporate events.

Prepare detailed production costing, BOQs, estimates, and budgets based on project requirements.

Calculate and validate costs for fabrication, branding, AV, sound, lighting, manpower, logistics, rentals, and other production requirements.

Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective production solutions.

Compare vendor quotations and ensure rates are aligned with approved budgets.

Coordinate with Client Servicing and internal teams to understand requirements and convert them into accurate production estimates.

Manage vendors, fabricators, technicians, and production partners.

Conduct site visits and oversee setup, execution, and dismantling.

Ensure execution is delivered within approved costing, timelines, and quality standards.

Track actual production expenses against estimated costs and highlight cost variations.

Handle on-ground production issues and coordinate quick resolutions.

Maintain vendor relationships and develop a reliable vendor network.

Manage production documentation, purchase requirements, invoices, and post-event cost closure.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Event Production & Operations.

Strong hands-on experience in production costing and event budgeting.

Good knowledge of fabrication, branding, AV, sound, lighting, rentals, manpower, and logistics.

Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, and rate comparison skills.

Ability to prepare BOQs, estimates, and detailed production cost sheets.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel for event execution when required.

Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
