Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong experience in event production and suppliers steering.

Building strong, loyal customer relationship at the senior level within key customers.

Producing detailed proposals for event timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets.

Experience managing, administrative and adhering to event budgets.

Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

Analyse the events success and prepare reports.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Any Graduate

6-10 years of experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients and vendors.

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
