Other Duties*** Perform any other tasks or activities as required to support the customer and ensure customersatisfaction.Candidate Profile:Should have technical background (diploma or ITI)Atleast 4 years of experience in machine assembly, customer interaction.Prior experience in customer support, machine assembly, or technical troubleshooting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Technical proficiency with machines and repair processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to customer sites for training and installation.
