Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive [CRE]Location: 301-305 DHRIJASONS RICHMOND PLAZA 3RD FLOOR B/S SWASTIK MILESTONE VESU , SURAT.Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up on leads. This role offers performance-based incentives, rewarding individuals who consistently achieve and exceed targets.Key Responsibilities :Lead Calling & Talent Coordination: Make outbound calls to artists, models, and new talent based on agency requirements. Follow up with artists for auditions, availability, and document submissions. Call and coordinate with clients (production houses, brands,agencies) for casting briefs and requirements. Maintain updated records of artists, leads, and casting inquiries.Client & Artist Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talents. Address inquiries, resolve queries, and ensure smooth coordination between artists and clients. Share casting updates, audition schedules, and feedback promptly.Incentive-driven Sales Support: Work towards achieving monthly calling and conversion targets. Earn incentives bases on walk in customer on weekly and monthly basisReporting & Data Handling: Maintain accurate and updated databases of clients, leads, and artist profiles. Prepare daily and weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and closures achieved.Qualifications: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream. 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, customer service, client coordination, or casting-related roles preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and interest in the media/entertainment industry can apply.Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi, English, and local language (if applicable). Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to manage pressure, targets, and multi-task effectively. Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email handling.
