Key ResponsibilitiesClient Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary, dependable link between the organization and an assigned base of retail or corporate clients; establish regular contact to understand their ongoing needs.Query & Problem Resolution: Promptly address, investigate, and resolve client complaints, billing discrepancies, or service bottlenecks by coordinating internally with operations and technical teams.Revenue Generation & Cross-Selling: Identify untapped client requirements during regular interactions and present customized upgrades, add-on features, or secondary financial/commercial products to meet sales targets.Documentation & Onboarding: Handhold new clients smoothly through the initial onboarding, verification, KYC documentation, or contract-signing lifecycles to ensure a frictionless introduction to our services.Retention & Renewal Tracking: Monitor account timelines, flag accounts showing low engagement or upcoming service expirations, and actively drive timely subscription or account renewals.CRM & Reporting: Maintain exhaustive, updated logs of all client interactions, feedback, escalations, and pipeline opportunities within the internal CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared) or MS Excel.
