We provides counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
ï¬ Handling student counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.
ï¬ Assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers.
ï¬ Responsibility to handle outbound calls, cold calling, timely follow ups.
ï¬ Coordinate with students for admission, re-admission, and other activities.
ï¬ Generating references from the students.
ï¬ Follow ups and closing the enquiry into admissions.
ï¬ Should be active and capable to take initiative.
Skills & Abilities Required:
ï¬ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ï¬ Strong convincing and persuation skills
ï¬ Must have computer knowledge
ï¬ Should be a hardworking person
ï¬ Flexible to work in all types of environment
