Job Description:Initial Assignment - Shadow TeachingAssist a child (client diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, Learning disability, etc) in his/herschool (during school hours) with targeted intervention strategies to improve skills in thedomains of behavior, concentration, academic & social skills. Also prepare goals, plans andmonthly progress report to insure progress graph of the child.Daily report will be sent to parents regarding the behavior & performance of child at schooland the intervention strategies used by the shadow teacher. As a Special needs teacher the professional has to accompany a special child to an international inclusive school, the professional will be sitting right next to the child in the classroom and will be working on his academic, social and behavioural skills. The professional will also make the child independent.As a Behavior modification professional, one is expected to take a tailor-made home session for children with special needs. The professional plans and executes different behaviour modification techniques depending upon the developmental need of the child.As a Remedial Teacher, the professional has to visit one of our client's homes for sessions, Professional has to plan, make and execute interventions for the child.As a Special Educator, the professional is expected to take home sessions focusing on core academic concepts for a child with special needs.
