Talent Acquisition Proactive execution of recruitment plans Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Review and evaluate applications as per organisational requirements Coordinate for end-to-end recruitment including screening and shortlisting profiles. Conduct pre-screening interviews Develop and track measurable aspects of the recruitment and hiring process so that the processes are transparent.
