We have:As a Cluster Head; 1. You will be managing a cluster of schools and working with Altius Facilitators, who handle a I wanna learn at a Government school, for students of classes 6 to 8.2. You will be required to travel, on a daily basis across locations, within a geographical area and visit the various schools.3. Working closely with Facilitators across environments, you will have to understand, monitor and evaluate the learning curves of students and chalk out plans for aiding their learning journeys.4. You will also have to expand the project to more schools in your cluster.5. As the Lab environment uses computers predominantly, you should be computer savvy and quick at problem solving.6. While you might be a graduate, having a liking for Mathematics will make this experience that much more enjoyable.7. Knowledge in Word and Excel will help as you will be required to monitor school reports and students progress on a daily basis.8. You will have to communicate with Project Lead, School Authorities and Education Department Personnel.
