CA Financial Planning Financial Reporting Tally Accounting Nbfc TDS Return
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant who has strong expertise in Tally ERP, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, Stock Market transactions, and NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Companies) accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and capital market-related accounting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesTally & General AccountingMaintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow.TDS & TaxationComputation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.).Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions relating to TDS, Advance Tax, and 26AS reconciliation.Liaise with auditors and consultants for tax-related queries.Stock Market & Investments AccountingMaintain accounting of equity shares, mutual funds, derivatives, bonds, and other securities.Record off-market transactions, corporate actions (bonus, split, dividend, buybacks).Capital Gains computation (Short Term & Long Term) for Income Tax.Reconciliation of demat accounts, broker ledgers, and investment portfolios.NBFC AccountingHandle accounting specific to NBFC operations loan disbursement, EMIs, interest accrual, provisioning for NPAs.Ensure compliance with RBI reporting norms, statutory filings, and company law requirements.Assist in financial planning, MIS, and regulatory returns.Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance (CA Inter/CA preferred but not mandatory).Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST & TDS compliance.Knowledge of Capital Market operations (trading, settlement, corporate actions).Experience in NBFC accounting and RBI compliance will be an added advantage.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Other RequirementsAbility to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.Good communication skills for coordination with auditors, consultants, and management.Up-to-date knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and RBI guidelines.
