Loan Product Knowledge:o Have in-depth knowledge of different types of home loans and mortgage products, such as fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, FHA loans, etc.6. Negotiation and Closing:o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.7. Achieving Targets and Reporting:o Set and achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, or annual).o Report on sales progress, pipeline status, and customer feedback to senior management.8.
