Meeting Painter, Contractor, Builders, Architect, Engineer, and other Customers on Daily Basis and generate business from them. Visiting Minimum 2 sites on regular basis. Visiting their respective Store for 2 hours on daily basis. Holding Shop Meetings with Applicators on Weekly basis. Daily Sales reporting through online portal. Any sales work experience Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team, training/meeting Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and building material industry is an added advantage.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target. Provided support to insurance sales financial department and handled additional duties and responsibilities as required RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same Meet Business Targets Improve agent productivity & retention Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrenderLife insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.
