## **Job Description: Airline Ground Staff**### **Position Overview:**We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **airline ground staff. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth ground operations, assisting passengers throughout their journey, and upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service at the airport.### **Key Responsibilities:*** **Passenger Assistance:** Greet and assist passengers at various airport touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival halls.* **Check-in Services:** Verify travel documents, check in luggage, issue boarding passes, and manage seat allocations.* **Baggage Handling:** Ensure proper tagging and safe transfer of passenger luggage, and handle lost or delayed baggage claims efficiently.* **Flight Coordination:** Communicate and coordinate with flight crews, ground handling teams, and airport authorities to ensure timely flight departures and arrivals.* **Special Assistance:** Provide support to passengers with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and families with young children.* **Customer Service:** Address passenger inquiries, resolve complaints, manage last-minute booking changes, and ensure overall passenger satisfaction.* **Safety Compliance:** Follow all aviation security protocols and safety regulations at all times.### **Key Skills:*** Excellent verbal and written communication* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills* Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with airline reservation systems* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail### **Qualifications:*** Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred* Prior experience in customer service, aviation, or ground handling is an advantage* Proficiency in English and local language(s)* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays* Physically fit and well-groomed appearance
